We are proud to announce that we have signed an agreement to become part of Pilatus, a leading aircraft manufacturer and our long-standing partner.

Built on many years of successful collaboration with Pilatus, this step represents the start of a new chapter for AirAlliance – one that creates new opportunities for growth, development and an even stronger future. As part of Pilatus, we will further strengthen our capabilities across aircraft sales, maintenance, training and AOC/aircraft management.

For our clients, this means both continuity and progress:

All teams, locations and services will remain in place, ensuring stability in our operations.

At the same time, closer integration with Pilatus will enable us to enhance service quality, expand our capabilities and further strengthen our presence in key European markets.

Unicair GmbH, which has until now been part of the AirAlliance Group alongside us, will continue to operate independently and focus entirely on complex international air ambulance missions. We wish them all the best and look forward to continuing our close collaboration! We are excited for the journey ahead and proud to take this next step.
