SERVICES

Development and approval

From the private CS-23 small aircraft, to CS-27 helicopters through to commercially-used CS-25 large aircraft – individual requirements cannot normally be fulfilled with standard solutions. Our EASA Part 21J approval as an organisation for aviation design allows us to offer you individual solutions for your aircraft. Experienced engineers manage the conceptualisation and EASA-compliant approval of your conversion requirements for the avionics and cabin equipment. Tell us about your requirements, and we will be pleased to advise you about the realisation options.

Production and certification of aircraft components

It isn’t always possible for individual solutions to be realised with standard components. Our manufacturing facility, which is approved according to EASA part 21G, specialises on the production of metal components and ready-to-install cable harnesses. On the basis of the approved design data of our part 21J Design Organisation, we are able to manufacture components that are aligned perfectly with your requirements and to certify them for installation in your aircraft.

Installation and modification

Alongside continuous further development and process optimisations, we have been a reliable and strong partner for our customers for more than 25 years. Our MRO department, which is approved according to EASA Part 145, is able to draw on professional and experienced technicians who work closely with our engineers to realise your individual solution. This makes a significant contribution to ensuring a smooth conversion process, and reduces the required downtime of your aircraft to the minimum.

Avionics installation

For the modernisation of your cockpit, we work closely with well-known manufacturers of avionics systems, such as Garmin and Honeywell International. From a simple USB connection, ADS-B capable Mode-S transponders, through to the latest autopilot systems and highly integrated electronic primary flight displays. We will be pleased to make you attractive offers, if required, as a complete package from a single source; including the installation, sale of equipment and STC or minor design change documents.

Blackhawk engine modification

As an authorised Blackhawk Aerospace Installation Centre, we are your professional partners for engine conversions on Cessna 208/208B Caravan, Beechcraft King Air Series and Piper PA-31 Cheyenne. Please contact us for further information and an individual consultation.

Certifications

Air Alliance holds EASA Part 145 maintenance organisation approval and EASA Part 21 J Design Organisation approval.
