UK office closes

Following the recent merger of Air Alliance and Jetcall, forming the new brand Unicair, the company has made the difficult decision to close the UK office. The last operational flight from Birmingham was completed earlier in November and the shutdown of the site has now been completed.

"UNICAIR has taken the difficult decision to close the UK office" says Rene Petersen, Managing Director. "Brexit and the UK’s withdrawal from EASA has made the continuation of based operations in Birmingham more complex and so we are concentrating on developing our German bases following our recent merger."

Unicair will continue to work alongside all of its existing clients to provide a seamless and high quality air ambulance service to the UK market. Mr Petersen continues; "I’d like to take the opportunity to thank the team, led by Jane Topliss, for their support and the high quality work that they have provided over the years. They have helped to develop what is now the Unicair brand and we wish them all the best in the future."
