As of August 27th, 2021, two of the most reputable companies in the aeromedical sector, Air Alliance and Jetcall merge to form a new entity in the Air Ambulance Market.

The new company will command the largest fleet of dedicated air ambulance aircraft in the skies offering a wide portfolio of modern aircraft ranging from the economic and efficient Learjet 31A to the long-range Challenger 604 for the most complex and demanding operational profiles. A highly capable and extensively qualified in-house maintenance department ensures an unprecedented reliability and mission readiness of our aircraft at all times.
Decades of business experience and proven operational excellence guarantee precise planning considering each patient’s individual needs, as well as flawless execution by our highly professional aviation and medical teams. We offer a truly integrated solution for long-distance critical care aeromedical transport – with full control, command and responsibility for every aspect of the task to bring the ill or injured back home to their loved ones and to continue excellent treatment. We do have the width to provide our customers with an almost guaranteed availability even in peak season while providing the depth to tailor each transport to your specific requests.
The new entity will be provided with strong leadership by an experienced team of industry veterans: Mr. Michael Diefenbach, Mr. Rene Petersen, Dr. Alex Veldman, MD and Mr. Felix von Waldow.
